Due to the nature of the products and the design work involved, no refunds will be issued once the files have been sent, but making revisions as needed will be done so you are ensured a product you are happy with!

If you encounter a problem with downloading instant download items, please let us know and we will email you the file(s).

Shipping policies

Non-personalized items are emailed within 1 business day. Some items are available for instant download.

Custom and personalized items are sent out within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed with both customized and non-customized items, the longer time period (within 3 days) applies to the entire order.
